Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Studio Holdings LLC d/b/a TourFX (TourFX, we, us) uses cookies and similar technologies on tourfx.ai and studio.tourfx.ai (the Services). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage, pixels, and software development kits. In this policy we refer to all of them as cookies.

First-party cookies are set by TourFX. Third-party cookies are set by providers we use, such as Google or Meta.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary. Required to deliver the Services: authentication and session management, security and abuse prevention, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choices. These are always active and do not require consent.

Functional. Remember preferences you set, such as the display language selected through Google Translate.

Analytics. Google Analytics 4 helps us understand which pages and features are used so we can improve TourFX. IP anonymization is enabled.

Marketing. Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking measure the performance of our advertising and allow us to show relevant TourFX ads on other platforms.

Functional, analytics, and marketing cookies are only set after you opt in. If you reject them, they are not loaded.

4. Legal Basis

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for functional, analytics, and marketing cookies, and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website for strictly necessary cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

Where U.S. state privacy laws apply (including the CCPA/CPRA), you may opt out of targeted advertising and any sharing of personal information by rejecting marketing cookies below or in the banner.

5. Managing Your Preferences

Use the panel to change your choices at any time. You can also reach it from the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browsers may send a “Do Not Track” signal, which has no agreed standard, so we do not respond to it. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt out of marketing cookies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and we may ask for your consent again.
