Your User Content is processed solely for the purpose of generating, editing, enhancing, analyzing, transforming, or delivering the requested outputs.

To provide certain AI-powered features, TourFX may utilize third-party artificial intelligence providers, machine learning models, voice synthesis technologies, image generation systems, video generation systems, language models, and related technologies.

When necessary to fulfill your request, your User Content may be securely transmitted to these providers for processing.

These providers process your content only as necessary to generate the requested outputs and in accordance with their applicable contractual obligations, privacy practices, and security requirements.

4.3 AI Model Training

TourFX does not use your User Content or Generated Content to train our proprietary artificial intelligence models unless we first obtain your permission or otherwise clearly disclose a different practice.
